Grape Hyacinth In The Green Bulbs – JB2015

Early-spring Grape Hyacinth bulbs “in the green” for fast flowering. Ideal for woodland gardens, borders, rockeries, meadows, and pollinator-friendly planting.

Grape Hyacinth In The Green Bulbs (Muscari armeniacum) provide early spring colour and ecological value for naturalised landscapes, woodland gardens, borders, rockeries, and wildflower meadows. Arriving “in the green” with established shoots, these bulbs offer quicker, more reliable flowering than traditional dry bulbs. Their bell-shaped, clustered flowers in shades of blue, purple, or white attract early-season pollinators, including bees and butterflies, supporting biodiversity and enhancing ecological functionality. Ideal for landowners, ecologists, landscape designers, councils, and contractors looking to create low-maintenance, perennial planting schemes with year-on-year impact.

  • Plant immediately for best results; bulbs arrive pre-grown with green shoots.
  • Select well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade.
  • Plant bulbs at a depth of 5–7 cm with spacing of 10–15 cm.
  • Water lightly after planting if soil is dry.
  • Allow foliage to die back naturally to feed bulbs for next year’s blooms.
  • Hardy perennial bulbs require minimal care once established. Clumps will naturalise over time, forming dense, attractive displays. Remove weeds during early growth to reduce competition.
  • Ideal for naturalising woodland gardens, borders, meadows, or rockeries.
  • Hardy, perennial, low-maintenance, and suitable for wildlife-friendly gardens.
